Philosophy
I follow a client-centered approach to therapy. This means I focus on meeting you where you are and working together to find a path forward. Whether you’re looking to address a specific issue, break patterns of behavior, or gain a deeper understanding of yourself, my commitment is to support you on your journey.
Therapeutic Models

To tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals, I use a variety of therapeutic methods. One of these is contemporary psychodynamic therapy. This helps us explore unconscious processes and patterns that affect your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
In addition, I utilize any number of evidence-based therapeutic models including ego psychology, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems. By combining these methods, I provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy that addresses different aspects of your well-being.
I’ve committed myself to improving your mental health and well-being. I feel honored to be part of your journey towards healing and personal growth. If you’re interested in taking the next step towards a happier and more fulfilling life, feel free to reach out.
